Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your order email address, which includes your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
